This policy explains how ASUOU Private Limited handles personal data when you use ASUOU to plan, book, and manage trips. It covers individual travellers, members of a group trip, and people acting on behalf of a travel business.

We collect only what is needed to build a trip plan and keep it working:

• Account details such as your name and email address.
• Trip inputs such as destination, dates, budget, pace, and interests.
• Itinerary and booking data, including confirmations you make through ASUOU or log yourself.
• Budget and expense entries, including how shared costs are split within a group.

Payment card details are processed by payment providers. ASUOU does not store full card numbers.

Your data is used to generate itineraries, book or track logistics, keep budgets and group expenses in order, and reroute a plan when weather, closures, or delays affect it. We also use it to operate your account and respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal data.

To confirm and track bookings, ASUOU connects to booking partners and uses trusted service providers such as email delivery and hosting. These connections are scoped to what a specific task requires, and providers act on our instructions rather than for their own purposes.

Trip data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards, so past trips remain available for reference. You can ask us to delete a specific trip or your entire account, and we will do so subject to any records we are required to retain.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw a booking-partner connection at any time. To make a request, contact us through the details on our contact page and we will help.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited on a least-privilege basis. Our security page describes our approach in more detail, including how partner connections are scoped.
