Travel data is personal - where you are, when, and with whom. Here is how ASUOU stores it, how long it keeps it, who can reach it, and how connections to booking partners are scoped.
What is stored
Trip details, itineraries, bookings, and the budget figures needed to run a plan. Payment card data is handled by payment processors, not held by ASUOU directly.
Retention
Trip data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after, so a past trip stays available for reference. You can request deletion of a trip or your account at any time.
Access scope
Access is limited to what an operation needs. Group members see the shared trip they belong to; a business account sees its own clients, not another agency’s.
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Traffic between you and ASUOU is encrypted in transit using current transport security, and stored trip and account data is encrypted at rest. The aim is simple - data is protected both on the way and once it lands.
Booking-partner connections
When a trip connects to a booking partner, the connection is scoped to what that booking requires - confirming, tracking, or updating the specific reservation. It does not hand over blanket access to your accounts, and each connection can be reviewed and removed.
