Terms of Service

The ground rules for using ASUOU to plan and manage trips - written to be read, not buried.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of ASUOU, provided by ASUOU Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using ASUOU on behalf of a travel business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login secure. Trip plans are only as good as the inputs they are built from, so accurate preferences lead to better itineraries.

What ASUOU does and does not guarantee

ASUOU generates itineraries and suggests alternatives when a trip is disrupted. Suggestions are made in good faith from the information and signals available, but travel is unpredictable.

  • Generated plans are a starting point you can adjust, not a fixed guarantee.
  • Reroute suggestions depend on the data sources connected to a trip and their coverage.
  • Final decisions on where to go and what to book remain yours.

Bookings and payments

Some bookings are made through connected partners, and others you log yourself. Bookings made with a partner are also subject to that partner’s own terms and conditions, including their rules on changes, cancellations, and refunds. Payments are handled by payment providers.

Group trips

On a group trip, members share a single itinerary and may see shared expenses and balances. Each member is responsible for their own inputs and their share of costs. Settling balances between members is a matter between those members.

Business use

Business accounts may generate itineraries for clients and deliver white-label plans. If you use ASUOU to serve your own clients, you remain responsible for your relationship with them, including the advice you give and the terms you set.

Acceptable use

Use ASUOU lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse partner connections, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASUOU is not liable for losses arising from disruptions outside our control, from third-party booking partners, or from decisions made based on generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops, and the current version will always be available here. For any questions about these terms, reach us through our contact page.
